New Workshop 10 May 2025!

The Making Changes Workshop

Making changes can be challenging. We all know the reality and the statistics of abandoned new year’s resolutions. So how do we make changes that last? This is one of those areas in life where the spiritual and practical meet. First we need to get clarity on what changes we want to make and what challenges we are likely to face. Science offers us great insights on the psychology of changing our habits. That is useful, but changes at the deepest level can only be made with the help of God.

Join us in-person Saturday 10 May at 10:00 CEST.

Learning to make changes that last…for eternity.

This workshop will help you to find clarity on where you are and where you want to be. We will discuss the psychology of habits and the blessings of Holy Habits. Hopefully there will be new insights for you. This brief workshop does not aim to provide the final word, but hopefully will be the beginning of a conversation.

You will journey with people who are dealing with similar circumstances and challenges. You will have the benefit of mutual encouragement, and you will learn how you can better cope with your own problems through sharing experiences. Hearing from others who face similar challenges can also make you feel less alone in your troubles.
