RESULTS - A Wonderful Job Search…

“My experience of working with Paul was fantastic. ….With his guidance, I was able to regain my confidence and take positive steps to try new ways of thinking and working.….

Paul also taught me many practical tools and strategies. I was able to separate the feelings from the experience, make a plan, take proactive steps and evaluate the results. I could better target what I really wanted and started applying only to those jobs that were in line with my values or priorities. Rejection became easier to understand and not take personally. Now, I have a great job with nice people that is perfectly suited to my personality and work-life balance.

The result of this experience is that I feel strong and confident and extremely grateful. I want to reach out and help others succeed.”

“I can’t thank you enough for our extremely helpful conversation. I really found it most useful - both to clarify and to open up my thinking. The need to focus on what is optimal for a transition phase was particularly illuminating for me! But the practical ideas too, the gentle questioning of my reasoning and encouragement to think more practically in light of my priorities was hugely helpful. And of the need to prioritise my peace of mind more.

So, a massive thank-you, Paul, for your time, skill and wisdom. I would thoroughly recommend you to everyone!

“Admittedly, I was a bit sceptical about using a coach. I was facing a few difficult challenges affecting my quality of life. Important decisions needed to be made. By discussing them with Paul, he helped me understand the key aspects that needed to be addressed, gave me practical suggestions and solutions, and helped me to agree action points. Paul has excellent listening skills. He helped me to analyse the issues concerned. He is not judgemental or patronising. Instead he encouraged and guided me to find my own solutions. Thanks to our sessions, I feel more confident and positive about overcoming some of these hurdles.”

“Thank you very much! I really enjoyed our talk. I have always struggled with making decisions (…)

I thought you did an excellent job as a coach. I have spoken to many people about this decision and it is nice to have someone listen fully, as you did, before offering some ideas. It is also helpful to be directed toward deeper issues, rather than the many life paths and opportunities that I like to draw out. I also appreciate having a spiritual perspective, as often my conversations with others about this do not involve that slant. Thank you again for your help.”

“Paul has a real gift of connection. Our sessions are always positive and focused on getting the best out of where I am and where I want to go.

Paul is a warm and wonderful guiding force and has a terrific sense of humour. Laughing about the difficulties really helps to keep the sessions engaging and motivating. And knowing that our next session will be an open and easy conversation takes the stress out of returning. Even when I’ve had a difficult week or feel like I haven’t made any progress on the goal, I always leave the sessions feeling calm, confident and loved.

Coaching reminds me that I am strong and capable; all it takes is a focus and a direction to change my thinking about a situation or take steps to try something new. It has been essential to my wellbeing in that I feel that I have a trusted partner – someone who hold no judgements and won’t influence me but will help me navigate through a difficulty in my life. It has really been a blessing in my life!”

I was coping with a burn-out at work. The conversation with Paul regarding my work situation has been very helpful. I could see everything better in perspective and with more clarity.

It also helped me to reflect on my own position and attitudes. It gave me various handles on how to approach the people around me. Coaching has given me greater confidence and has been very insightful. It has helped me to strike the right tone for the important conversations that are now taking place.”

“My experience with your coaching came at an opportune time and from the start I have only positive feedback. After working many years at the same job, it was clear to me that I needed and wanted a new challenge. From the first day that we sat down to talk, I felt totally at ease and comfortable discussing the reasons and lead-up to my decision. You listened with great attention and I found that your ability to highlight and retain the important details of why I wanted to make a change most helpful - thus providing clarity and focus enabling my next steps.

Your positive feedback and very concrete suggestions were insightful and invaluable. It can be a daunting task to go through a career change; but with your direct and encouraging manner, you taught me how to focus on my strengths and know that the best was to come. I am supremely grateful.”

Finding Clarity and Strength for Your Journey

“We must have some room to breathe. We need freedom to think and permission to heal. Our relationships are being starved to death by velocity. No one has the time to listen, let alone love”
