Starting from William Bridges’ Transition model of ‘endings’, ‘new beginnings’ and the ‘neutral zone’ this course will help you better understand your particular situation and to transition well, whatever your circumstances. Whether you are facing a life or work transition, any transitional wilderness can become a place for practical and spiritual blessing.

Your workshop host Paul Vrolijk has over 30 years of leadership and (self)organisation experience. Paul has navigated numerous transitions. He has learned from all of them and is still smiling. Paul’s greatest longing is to see people flourish. His mission is to serve God’s people, so they can fulfil their God-given potential for Jesus Christ in full. Paul is the founder of Christilience.org, Anglican priest and an ICF certified coach.
